Guided Meditation Practice

In this lightly structured session, your teacher will gently lead you through a themed mindfulness practice, such as breath awareness, body scan, emotional grounding, or Zen-style inquiry.

This is a great starting point if you’re new to meditation, or if you prefer a bit of direction as you cultivate calm.

Instructor-led with moments of quiet reflection. Time at the end for optional sharing or questions.

Silent Meditation Practice

This is your space to sit quietly, free from instruction, free from judgment. In our silent practice sessions, you’ll settle into a supportive environment where you can simply be.

Whether you’re working with the breath, observing thoughts, or sitting in stillness, this time is yours. No expectations; just presence.

Ideal for experienced practitioners or those seeking inward focus. Time at the end for optional sharing or questions.
